Designed to cater to both public and private sector employees, as well as young graduates aspiring to enter the world of public administration, the MPA&M program aims to enhance the skills and capacities required to effectively manage public investments and personnel. With a focus on socio-economic development, this one-year program equips students with the knowledge and expertise needed to tackle the challenges faced by modern-day managers, analysts, and consultants.

What sets the MPA&M program apart is its flexibility and accessibility. The courses are offered entirely online, allowing candidates to pursue their studies from the comfort of their homes or offices, regardless of their location within the country. This convenience enables professionals from local, provincial, and national levels to engage in the program without disrupting their existing commitments.

Through a combination of theoretical insights and practical applications, students will delve into various aspects of public administration and management, including public policy analysis, financial management, project management, strategic management, public procurement, information system management, research methods, and more. This comprehensive curriculum ensures that graduates are well-equipped to tackle the complex challenges faced by the public sector.

The MPA&M program not only provides advanced knowledge but also encourages immediate application of newfound expertise in real-world scenarios. As a result, participants can contribute to enhancing the efficiency and execution of infrastructure and human capital development projects in both the public and private sectors. The program aims to nurture self-reliance, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to seek practical solutions.

To be eligible for the MPA&M program, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field. However, applicants with alternative qualifications, such as prior learning/work experience in Public Administration, a postgraduate diploma, or a professional qualification, will also be considered.
