2. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of one-year post-qualifying work experience in disciplines such as healthcare, medical care, social care, child care, and more.
3. Professional qualification in a relevant discipline equivalent to SLQF level 6 or above.
4. Professional diploma in a relevant discipline coupled with five years of relevant work experience.

Obtaining Application Forms:

To obtain the application forms, you have two options: requesting them by post or downloading them from the Faculty website . If you choose the postal method, you will need to send a money order of Rs. 1000/- per application form drawn in favor of the Bursar, University of Jaffna. Additionally, include a self-addressed stamped envelope measuring 22.5 x 10 cm (9″ x 4″) in size. The postal address is as follows:

Completing the Application:

Ensure that you fill out the application form accurately and completely. Incomplete or illegible applications will not be considered. When submitting the form, make sure to write “Application for Master of Science in Health Management – 2023” on the left-hand corner of the envelope. This will help in identifying your application correctly.

Submission Options:

You can submit your completed application by registered post or in person. If you choose to send it by registered post, make sure to do so on or before the closing date of application. 2. Second Semester: Rs 100,000.00
